The popular Los Molinos village is home to this two-bedroom, two bathroom, fully air-conditioned villa, which includes access to an open garden and a private solarium with views of Mar Menor. The shared swimming pool includes a waterfall feature and separate children’s pool. The poolside bar and restaurant are open during the summer season.

Enter into the air conditioned living/dining room which has a ceiling fan, telephone, satellite TV, and CD player. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table, chairs and barbecue, and views across the community to the Mar Menor. The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. Stairs lead down to 2 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has a full en-suite bathroom with walk in shower, separate bath, twin wash basins and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the community garden. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, TV, and use of the additional shower room with heated towel rail, and which houses the washing machine. From the front of the property, internal stairs lead to the solarium from where you have views across the community to the Mar Menor.
