Patio doors lead from the living area to a patio at the rear of the property which has an outdoor dining area, BBQ, and steps down to the beautiful landscaped gardens and communal pool. 

There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. Both have access to the main bathroom with bath, double sinks and separate shower, and a separate shower room. 

A patio to the front of the property, and the sunny rooftop terrace provide additional outdoor space. Enjoy views of Lion Mountain, the Mar Menor, and the Mediterranean Sea from the roof, which is the perfect spot to relax in the sunshine, or enjoy an evening sundowner.
