This detached 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is situated n the popular community of Las Higueras. The 3 bedrooms all benefit from patio doors with terrace access.
The villa is well furnished and is all on one level with a modern fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor and fridge/freezer.
The rear L shaped terrace is great for sunbathing and there is a private pool as well as ample seating and a barbecue.
The lounge area features a flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod dock and also includes dining table and chairs with patio doors leading onto the terrace.Bedroom 1 has en suite facilities with bath, shower, sink and WC as well as a double bed and patio doors leading to the terrace. Bedroom 2 features twin beds a shower room en suite and patio doors leading to the terrace. There is also a safe in bedroom 2. Bedroom 3 includes twin beds a shower room and patio doors leading to the terrace.
