From the front of the villa, there are stairs which lead up to the spacious roof terrace, a real suntrap with impressive views over the Club, the hills and down to the Mar Menor.

Inside, the spacious kitchen is designed to make your stay as easy and stress-free as possible, and is fully equipped with large hob, oven, American fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and washing machine.There is a hatchway through to the dining/lounge area, which has a dining table and ample seating for all the family. The high, beamed ceiling brings an airy, spacious and cool feeling to the room.

The master bedroom leads off the lounge area and has a double bed, ample storage, ceiling fan, TV, and patio doors to the pool area. The en-suite bathroom has large twin basins, bath, large shower cubicle, bidet and WC. There is an additional double bedroom with ceiling fan and twin beds, which can be made up as a double. En-suite with basin, bathtub with shower above, bidet and WC. Patio doors lead out on the extensive private terrace area. On the right of the hallway you will find the family bathroom with basin, shower cubicle and WC. The third bedroom has ceiling fan and twin beds that can be used as a double.

Outside, the terrace is divided into various areas to suit all times of the day. The lovely oval shaped pool comes complete with sun loungers, and there is also outside seating and a dining table nearby. There is also a separate covered seating area and built-in charcoal barbecue, giving you plenty of space to enjoy the pool and sun as well as alfresco dining.
