This lovely villa is air conditioned throughout and is first line to the South Golf Course. It has a spacious garden with views across the golf course, and a private pool with optional heating which is available for an additional charge. Please note that the temperature of the pool cannot be guaranteed even when heated, as this will be weather dependent, particularly during the winter months.
This villa is accessed by its own gated private drive, with the entire large plot being enclosed by hedge and fence. From the front door, enter the hallway then turn right into spacious living room with vaulted and beamed ceiling. This room is well furnished, and complete with flat screen satellite TV, DVD, and CD player with iPod dock. Patio doors from the lounge lead to the terrace with table and chairs, and there is a part covered barbeque area with a built in barbeque. Steps from the terrace lead to the pool and the large grassed and planted garden. There is also has a cloakroom facility with toilet, wash basin and shower which is accessed from the barbeque terrace.
From the lounge, steps lead up to the dining area, and then to the fitted kitchen which is modern and equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a breakfast bar that seats 4, with views across to the Mar Menor.
From the hallway, turn left to the four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom is at the far end, and this has a double bed which can be split into 2 singles if preferred, and an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the terrace with steps down to the pool. Bedroom 2 has a double bed which can be split into 2 singles if preferred, and an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a tiled terrace at the front of the villa, with a pergola part covered with bougainvillea where the tennis table is located. The third and fourth bedrooms have twin beds which can be made into double beds if preferred and share use of a separate full bathroom. The third bedroom has patio doors which lead to the rear terrace and pool. An excellent villa in a good location with a large enclosed plot, backing onto the South Golf Course - highly recommended.
