Inside you will find a spacious living and dining area with modern kitchen, and for those feeling energetic this villa even has its own gym (used at clients own risk). Outside you will find the perfect place to relax and enjoy the sunshine, with a private swimming pool area and large patio and BBQ.
This fabulous four bedroom villa is beautifully furnished and very well equipped with spectacular views across the resort.
From the entrance hallway is the spacious split-level open plan lounge and dining room complete with two comfortable lounge areas, satellite or cable TV, stylish indoor dining area with dual aspect picture windows framing the fabulous views and patio doors to the upper lounge and dining terrace with spectacular views across the resort. The terrace has a barbecue and outdoor lounge and dining facilities.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with two dishwashers, microwave, two ovens, hob, extractor fan, fridge freezer and a breakfast bar with stools.
Downstairs from the living room are all four bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and twin wash basins. This bedroom has patio doors to the poolside terrace.Bedroom two has a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom three has a double bed and an en-suite shower room,and bedroom four also has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.
There is also a home gym and a utility room with a washing machine on this level. It is fully air conditioned throughout and benefits from free wireless internet access.
