Outside you will find a private pool, spacious shady terraces and patio areas furnished and ideal for outdoor dining. Additionally, the owners have included a golf practice net, putting green, pool table and ping pong table.

The main villa offers 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and inter-connects to an annex which offers a further bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. The villa layout offers two kitchens and two lounges making it an ideal property for larger families or groups. Should you need an office, the villa also benefits from a desk and printer. Wifi is free. You can also access the South Golf Course from the villas garden.

This villa is available to rented as a 4 bedroom outside of the high season.

The private pool can be heated for a weekly supplement.  Approximate size 9m x 6m. Please note that we cannot guarantee the temperature of the pool even when heated as it is weather dependent. Pool safety fence is also available for a supplement.

The villa is situated approximately 5-10 minute walk to the shops and tennis centre.
