This beautiful villa is located in an enviable position near to the 5th Tee of the South Course, in the heart of La Manga Club. With fantastic views, this villa is in an ideal central location within La Manga Club, close to the Hotel and easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars, as well as to the Tennis Centre and Football pitches.

In addition to the beautiful mature gardens and generous sun terraces which surround the large pool, the villa boasts a fabulous tennis court! Enjoy long, relaxing evenings on the terraces enjoying "al fresco" dining, using the well located built-in BBQ.
This single storey villa comprises five good sized bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed has an en suite bathroom. The guest bedroom with twin beds also has en suite facilities and there are two further twin bedded rooms and a family bathroom. The fifth bedroom with twin beds plus bathroom is located in the well designed annex area, which also has a games room and TV. The kitchen has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The large lounge has very comfortable seating. Through the lounge sliding patio doors you have direct access to the extensive terrace areas, overlooking the pool, with stunning views to the South golf course and beyond. The pool can be heated in the cooler months (for a supplementary charge). The Club TV system provides a wide range of channels. Free WiFi / Internet.
