Overview
This fabulous villa is located on an elevated area of La Manga Club close to the road that takes you to La Cala beach. It offers spacious accommodation spread over 3 floors and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern open plan kitchen/living area, and plenty of off road car parking space. This villa also boasts an extensive outdoor area with private pool and Jacuzzi.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need in a holiday home including a dishwasher, microwave, large cooker, 2 ovens and a large American fridge. A washing machine in the laundry room is available too.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor has an en-suite shower room, a walk in wardrobe and a terrace with views across the resort to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea. On the same floor, there is also a second bedroom with a small en-suite.
On the ground floor there are a further 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
Outside there is a great swimming pool and putting green. Next to the Jacuzzi there is access to a lovely bar and seating area which is usable in winter or summer as it has a pergola, windbreakers and radiators.
The Jacuzzi can be heated for a supplement.
The house is air conditioned throughout and a gas fireplace and a gas BBQ for outdoor dining.
