From the nearby parking you enter the apartment up a few steps. As you enter the property, straight ahead is the large, open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, 5-ring hob, oven, coffee machine, percolator, microwave, toaster, kettle and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with chairs and table, and adjacent living area with TV, fireplace and plenty of seating. This property also benefits from ducted air-conditioning, and the double height ceiling helps create a cool, airy feeling, ideal when escaping from the summer sun.
From the lounge area there are patio doors which open out onto the large terrace. Here there are loungers, chairs, table and gas barbecue. The views from here are very impressive, looking out over the Club, golf course, and down to the Mar Menor, where you will appreciate the spectacular sunsets, while enjoying a cool drink.
Entering the bedroom area on this level, on the left is a large bathroom with basin, wc, bath/shower, plus washing machine and tumble dryer. Next left is the first large double bedroom with twin beds, which can be joined if preferred. There is plenty of wardrobe storage, TV, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Patio doors open out onto a private terrace with table and two chairs. The second bedroom features a double bed, ample storage, TV, ceiling fan and air-conditioning. It also benefits from an en-suite, with double basins, bath/shower, separate shower cubicle and wc.
From the living area stairs lead up to a small landing with patio doors, which open out onto the large top terrace, with patio furniture, parasol and table. From here there are further extensive views over the Club and surrounding hills. Up here, there is a further double bedroom, with twin beds, AC, ceiling fan, wardrobe storage and TV.
