This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment on La Hacienda del Golf is in a fabulous central location on La Manga Club, within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, shops and the Tennis Centre.

The property is on the 1st floor and is accessed via steps. It is fully air conditioned and furnished to an excellent standard. Well equipped, it has great views over the landscaped gardens and the large shared pool. This is an ideal base for families or groups of friends.

Enter the property into a hallway and then into the open plan lounge/dining room, which is well furnished and complete with flat screen TV, DVD, video and CD players, and telephone. Patio doors open to an open terrace with views over the community garden and pool, sun loungers, and table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday, and there is also a utility room with washing machine.

Two bedrooms are on this floor, both of which include flat screen TVs. The master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, a safe, and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower. Patio doors lead to a balcony with views to the Mar Menor. The second bedroom has twin beds, and patio doors to the lounge terrace overlooking the community pool. There is also a cloakroom facility on this floor.

The 3rd bedroom is on the floor above and there is a stair gate fitted to prevent access to the 1st floor. It has twin beds, and use of the separate full bathroom on the same floor. Patio doors lead to a covered balcony with table and chairs. From the landing a door leads to a large open terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and table and chairs, and views around the community and pool.
