The apartment is all on one level and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Its large terraces make it ideal for families with young children. Access is via steps and the apartment is close to the indoor and one of the outdoor pools. It is well equipped and well furnished in a modern style, and wireless internet connection is included in the price.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, and fridge freezer. There is also a separate tap at the kitchen sink which delivers purified water for drinking.
The spacious living/dining room is well furnished and has satellite flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, and iPod Dock. Patio doors leading to a large terrace with wonderful views to the Mar Menor, mountains and the tennis courts. A barbeque and dining table and chairs, and a mini fridge are available for when you want to enjoy al fresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers.
The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with an additional walk in shower, and has a double bed and flat screen TV. The second and third bedrooms have twin beds and share use of the separate shower room, where you can find the tumble dryer. The second bedroom also has a flat screen TV.
As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the Los Olivos pools is by swipe card only.
