Overview
This stunning apartment has been fully refurbished, and has a stylish, modern interior complete with all the facilities you need to enjoy your La Manga Club holiday. Located in the popular Los Olivos community, the apartment has magnificent views over the tennis centre and to the Mar Menor beyond. Resort facilities are just a few minutes walk away and include the tennis centre, hotel, golf courses and restaurants.
The apartment is all on one level and consists of the following:
- Open plan living/ kitchen area.
- Lounge/diner with sofas, dining table and patio door to a large terrace with dining table, sofas, sunbeds and gas BBQ. Stunning views across the tennis centre and to the Mar Menor.
- Kitchen with a full range of white goods and utensils.
- Master bedroom with super king bed (can be made up as 2 singles) and fitted wardrobes. En-suite with shower, twin sinks and WC.
- Bedroom 2 with super king bed (can be made up as 2 singles) and fitted wardrobes. En-suite with shower, bath, sink and WC .
- Bedroom 3 with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.
- Bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the indoor pool at Los Olivos is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
