This three bedroom penthouse apartment is situated in the popular community of Los Olivos. Located in the middle row overlooking the pool to one side, it enjoys fantastic views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond.

Enter the apartment into the bright and spacious living area. The tastefully furnished living/dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel, and the stunning views to the Mar Menor will capture your attention as soon as you walk in. Patio doors lead to the large balcony which is furnished with a dining table, chairs, comfortable sofas, a built-in BBQ and two remote control operated sun blinds.

The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with everything you'll need during your stay including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer.

The master bedroom is beautifully decorated in light, neutral tones, and has a double bed and en suite bathroom with double sink, a separate shower unit and separate bath.

The second bedroom is also very spacious with twin beds and a small sun terrace with patio doors. This room has access to the family bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. In this bathroom you will also find a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The upper level is accessed via a spiral staircase and is where you will find the third bedroom with twin beds, and a private sun terrace.

The apartment is air conditioned throughout

SPIRAL STAIRCASE – Access to the third bedroom is via a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues.

As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the Los Olivos pools is by swipe card only.
