This penthouse apartment is situated in the front row overlooking the pool. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and is in an elevated position. You'll enjoy the fantastic views from its main terrace over the Club and the Tennis Centre and to the Mar Menor beyond. There is a private sun terrace next to the third bedroom (on the upper level), accessed by an internal staircase. Free WiFi internet access.The large, well furnished living/dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. From here the patio doors lead to a large terrace with beautiful views. The spacious master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a King size bed. There is a small balcony off this master bedroom where you can sit and relax. The en suite has a separate shower unit and separate bath. The second and third bedrooms also have twin beds. These two bedrooms use the family bathroom. This is an ideal choice not only for families but for groups of golfers or tennis players. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge freezer. The apartment is air conditioned throughout.
NB SPIRAL STAIRCASE – Access to the third bedroom is via a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues.
As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the Los Olivos pools is by swipe card only.
