This beautiful, very comfortable 3-bedroom penthouse on the front row of Los Olivos has been refurbished to a very high standard with new floors throughout, re-designed kitchen, bathrooms and staircase. The apartments are in an ideal central location for the Tennis centre, and close to Bellaluz and Las Sabinas, with their bars, shops and supermarkets. 

The open plan living area has a beautiful modern kitchen which is very well-equipped. The dining furniture is of good quality and you will feel very relaxed in the spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and a large Television which has the Club TV Satellite system. Through the patio doors you access the generous sized barbeque terrace, again very well furnished with table, chairs, armchairs and sun loungers. Perfect for alfresco dining during the balmy summer evenings.

There are two bedrooms on the living level. The Master, with a double bed, has an en suite bathroom (with bath and separate walk-in shower and two wash hand basins). Patio doors from the bedroom open out onto a small terrace. The second spacious bedroom has twin beds. This bedroom uses a separate, family bathroom with wash hand basis, bath, a separate walk-in shower and WC. 

The stylish staircase, with stair gates at either end, leads from the lounge up to the third bedroom on the upper level. This bedroom also with twin beds and A/C unit. From this upstairs bedroom you have access to the spacious south-west facing sun terrace. 

There is a central air conditioning and heating system in the living level of the apartment.

As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the Los Olivos pools is by swipe card only.
