This individual villa is in an ideal central location in the Resort and very suitable for families with babies and small children. Off road parking in the villa driveway. The villa has a good sized and well equipped kitchen. The spacious open plan lounge/dining area lead out to a covered terrace, with lounge seating, overlooking the large, well maintained gardens and private pool. (The pool can be heated, at extra cost, if required). The pool has an optional safety fence (which can be installed prior to arrival) for guests with small children.There is an outdoor gas BBQ station with patio table, sun shade and 6 chairs for alfresco dining.
The master bedroom, with double bed, is on the ground floor, with its own en suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms, each with 2 x single beds, are on the first floor and share a family bathroom. Patio doors from one of these bedrooms leads to a sun terrace and stairs from here lead to an even larger roof terrace with great views over the resort and fabulous sunsets.
The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and unlimited FREE WiFi. Easy walking to the supermarket, restaurants, bars and the Tennis centre.
