The villa has a modern open plan kitchen complete with a large central island and seating. Fully equipped with the highest quality appliances, you'll find everything you'll need for a relaxing holiday. The living room and dining area are surrounded by floor-to-ceiling patio doors which flood the space with light, and create a bright and spacious feel.

Distributed over 2 levels, the villa features 3 spacious bedrooms, all of which feature en-suite bathrooms. The private pool, at the back of the property, can be accessed from the ground floor twin bedroom or the kitchen.

On the upstairs level guests can find the master bedroom, bar and relaxing lounge space, as well as the solarium which overlooks Lion mountain, the Mar Menor, and the Mediterranean Sea beyond.

The community offers an excelleng 25-metre heated swimming pool, separate children's pool, play area, and seasonal bar/cafe. In addition, Bellaluz Plaza offers a range of restaurants, cafes and boutiques.
