Los Molinos is a truly picturesque development featuring charming garden paths to the large central swimming pool with waterfall, separate children's pool, poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal). These villas feature ground floor lounges with bedrooms above and below, and are situated to take advantage of the attractive views from their own BBQ terraces. 

Enter the villa into the welcoming open plan living area which features a fully fitted, modern kitchen, comfortable sofa, TV and fireplace. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, coffee machine and fridge freezer.

Stairs lead down to the lower ground floor where you will find 2 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, and a full en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to a terrace with table & chairs. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of the additional shower room. Patio doors lead to the terrace, shared with the master bedroom. From the front of the property, external stairs lead to the solarium which houses the 3rd bedroom which has its own independent access. It has twin beds, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room.
