Los Molinos or 'The Windmills' is a truly picturesque development. Wander along its charming garden paths to the central feature, the large swimming pool with waterfall, separate children's pool, poolside bar and restaurant (seasonal). These villas feature ground floor lounges with bedrooms above and below, and are situated to take advantage of the attractive views from their own BBQ terraces.

The third bedroom has independent access via external stairway.

From the road, the villa is accessed via 6 steps and is in a very peaceful location. Enter into the air conditioned living/dining room which has a fireplace, satellite TV, hifi and patio doors lead to a terrace with table, chairs and barbecue. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, coffee maker and fridge freezer. Doors lead to the terrace.

Stairs lead down to 2 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has a full en-suite bathroom. Doors lead to the community garden. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of the additional shower room. Doors lead to the garden.From the front of the property, external stairs lead to the solarium which houses the 3rd bedroom which has its own independent access. It has twin beds which can be made into a double if preferred, air conditioning and an en-suite shower room.Terrace with barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. This property is air conditioned throughout, and has a wireless internet connection, both of which are included in the price.
