Overview
This beautiful villa is immaculately presented and features spacious living areas both inside and out. The interior decor is sleek and stylish, with plenty of windows to create a bright and comfortable space.
The open plan living/dining area features dining table & chairs, two large sofas, and a fireplace to keep the space warm and cosy during cooler months.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with premium appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine and a large American-style fridge. An interior window connecting the kitchen with the lounge/dining area creates a sociable environment, making it easy to chat with guests whilst cooking.
The villa features two bedrooms; a master room with king-size bed and another room with two single beds. Both bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms, one of which includes a bath, double wash basins and WC. A walk-in shower is located in the separate bathroom.
Outside, you can enjoy relaxing on the generous patio area which is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating, sunbeds & parasol, plus dining table & chairs. A pergola provides some shade to the terrace, and a set of stairs lead up from the patio to the pool, making this an ideal place to make the most of the long summer days.
