Apart from the mezzanine floor, which is for owners´ use only, the villa is all on one level.
When you enter the Villa there is a bedroom with twin beds and plenty of wardrobe space. Next to this bedroom is the family bathroom which has a large walk-in shower, wash hand basin and WC. The washing machine is located in this bathroom. The refurbished Kitchen is very well equipped with eye level cooker, separate ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and a coffee machine. There are two steps leading down to the Master bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Patio doors from this bedroom lead out to the pool terrace. The Master en suite bathroom has also been totally refurbished with a corner bath, two wash hand basins, a bidet and WC plus a large walk-in shower. The open plan lounge and dining area is very spacious, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The villa has a cable TV system, with a wide range of channels available. Patio doors lead from the lounge out onto the large pool terrace area with sunbeds, table and chairs plus a separate pergola area for dining in the shade. There is a charcoal built-in BBQ for your use near the lawned side garden area.The pool can also be heated (at an additional cost). As well as air conditioning / heating units, paddle fans are located in the lounge, dining area and the bedrooms. WiFi is included in the price.
