Green Ball Performance Academy (15 hours)

This 15-hour weekly programme runs Monday to Friday and is designed to support the holistic development of aspiring young players. Each training day features a focused two-hour on-court session from 11:00–13:00, targeting advanced green ball technique, efficient movement, rally consistency, and the early development of tactical awareness and point construction. Strength and conditioning sessions are delivered on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 10:00–11:00, supporting long-term athletic development. These sessions emphasise coordination, balance, agility, core strength, and fundamental movement patterns, enabling players to develop efficient footwork, physical confidence, and reduced injury risk. Competitive match play sessions on a Thursday afternoon provide players with the opportunity to apply technical and tactical learning in a competitive environment, encouraging confident decision-making, resilience, and performance under pressure. |

Players should be playing at, or approaching county level, with a strong commitment to regular training and competition. N.B. All academies require a minimum of 3 players to run. In the event of the minimum not being reached a bespoke training programme will be put in place to the value of the relevant academy. A deposit is required on all rental equipment.
