5 Day Padel Academy (13 hours)

• Sunday Welcome (4 - 5.30pm) - an opportunity to meet other attendees, enjoy a relaxed hitting session, and finish with a refreshing welcome drink.
• Monday to Friday 09.00 - 11.00 - 2 hour structured sessions followed by a 25 minute post-session stretch.

Are you ready to take your game to the next level? Master the off-the-wall smash or improve your tray-shots? The 5 Day Adult Academy will develop your technique to master all areas of this exciting game. Even if you’re new to Padel, you'll be up and running in no time, so you can get going, enjoy and have fun. The expert coaching team will group players of similar levels together and work on all areas to refine your game, teach new strokes, practise different game situations and learn good tactics.

The Academy takes place over 5 days Monday to Friday from 9-11am, and runs during Easter, May & October half terms, and throughout July & August. Each two-hour session is followed by a guided post-session stretch to help aid recovery and optimise performance.

The Rules of Padel

• Padel uses the same scoring system as tennis. A game is scored exactly the same as tennis ie. 15/0, 30/0, 40/0, deuce, advantage etc.
• Six games are needed to win a set and the team which wins two sets wins the match. If a set reaches 6-6 in games then a tie-break to 7 points is played.
