Immaculately presented with brand new bathrooms it is our pleasure to present this spacious detached bungalow.  The interior has a traditional feel, but with all the modern amenities.  Outside there are spacious terraces for outside dining (built-in BBQ) and relaxing, astro-turf lawn and a private pool to cool down in.  The spacious roof terrace (accessed via external stairs at the front of the property) overlooks the South Golf Course with stunning views of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean.

This detached bungalow is situated a 10 minute’s walk from the shops, bars and restaurants of Bellaluz, and within walking distance to the tennis centre and hotel. It is surrounded by terraces and garden with a private pool (which can be heated for a £175 supplement per week). There is a roof terrace (accessed via external stairs at the front of the property) with views to the South Golf Course.
