Overview
You will be delighted with this beautiful four-bedroom villa – set in the peaceful community of Las Higueras. It has been updated to a very high specification. The Kitchen is very well equipped including a dishwasher, washing machine and microwave and opens on to a tasteful dining room which seats 8 people and has access out to the pool area. The lounge is very spacious and comfortable, and one set of patio doors lead out onto the large pool terrace with beautiful furniture and sun loungers. A second set of patio doors leads out to the large side terrace, with built-in BBQ and dining table and chairs – ideal for alfresco dining on those balmy summer evenings.

Three bedrooms are on the ground floor level, all tastefully furnished to a high standard. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share the family bathroom.
The Master bedroom is on the first floor with a beautiful en suite bathroom with a bath tub and separate shower cubicle. This bedroom also has direct access to a rooftop solarium on which to enjoy the sunshine and lovely views.
Two king-size beds and 2 bedrooms each with twin beds (which can be made into doubles if preferred).
There is off road parking in the covered car port.
