Overview

This villa is set in the quiet village of Las Brisas, and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is a private swimming pool which is enclosed by hedges to provide privacy. The villa is also air conditioned throughout and WiFi is included in the price. 

On entering the villa, there is an open plan split level lounge and dining area. A fully fitted kitchen is just off the dining area and features a washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, fridge freezer and coffee machine. A door leads to a terrace with a built-in barbecue.

A lounge is located down two steps and has a Smart TV, DVD and iPod dock. A covered terrace is accessed via patio doors and has a table with chairs. Steps lead down to the garden and private pool and from the garden, steps lead up to the solarium. A pergola is situated at the side of the villa and has additional seating with a table tennis table nearby.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a double bed with a safe and en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to the covered terrace. A cloakroom facility is also located on the ground floor.

The three other bedrooms are on the first floor of the villa. Two of the bedrooms have single beds whilst the other has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has patio doors that lead to a solarium, which can be used to easily access the garden. Bedroom 3 has patio doors that gives access to a Juliet style balcony. There are 2 shower rooms on the first floor for guests of these bedrooms to share.
