This spacious villa is located in the peaceful community of El Forestal, and is split over 2 levels with a variety of rental options. As a whole, the villa consists of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, with mature private grounds, far-reaching views, and a private pool which can be heated for a supplement. Alternatively, the property consists of a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom villa on the top level with a separate 2 bedroom/2 bathroom annex on the lower level with private access. Both have fully fitted kitchens and spacious combined lounge/dining areas. All of the accommodation opens to landscaped gardens and the swimming pool area, with the addition of numerous patios, court yards and terraces, making it the ideal place to relax and enjoy the sun.
