High on the hillside is the Monte Verde village with the most spectacular panoramic views of the resort, the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean sea beyond. Guests of this lovely detached villa have use of the 3 shared pools at Monte Verde. Two are outdoor and there is one indoor pool heated between mid September and the end of May, which makes Monte Verde a great location for off-season bookings.
The entrance to the property gives access to a hallway, which leads through into the spacious air conditioned dining room with adjoining living room. From the dining room, there is a breakfast bar through to the modern kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. From the dining room, doors lead out to the terrace area which has a barbeque and outdoor dining facilities. From here you have great views over the resort and to the Mar Menor beyond. The living room has a fireplace and you can relax whilst watching the satellite TV or a DVD. Doors lead from the living room to the outside terrace. From the terrace, stairs lead up to the private solarium from where you have exceptional views. There is also an additional cloakroom facility on the ground floor. From the hallway, stairs lead down to the 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite full bathroom with additional walk-in shower and twin wash basins. Patio doors lead out to a Juliet balcony. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and an en-suite shower room, and patio doors to a Juliet balcony. Bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin beds and share use of the additional shower room. There is ample wardrobe space in each bedroom.
The property is very well furnished throughout and offers spacious accommodation for families or friends. It is in the lower section of the village so access is easy, but still benefits from the fabulous views that Monte Verde has to offer.
