The property is all on one level with a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer and coffee machine.The spacious living/dining room is complete with satellite TV, DVD player, hifi telephone and ceiling fan, has patio doors leading to a large terrace with views to the Mar Menor. A barbecue and dining table and chairs are available for when you want to enjoy alfresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers. The master bedroom is en-suite and has a double bed and a safe. The second bedroom has twin beds and has use of the separate full bathroom.

As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the Los Olivos pools is by swipe card only.
