Ideally located in the heart of La Manga Club, opposite The Racquets Club, the popular Los Olivos apartments are an excellent choice for a relaxing resort stay. This attractive second-floor penthouse apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with beautiful views across the resort towards the Mar Menor. Arranged over two levels, it also benefits from a private solarium, accessed via an internal spiral staircase, providing an additional space to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the surroundings.

All the main living accommodation is conveniently arranged on one level. The fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob, extractor fan and fridge-freezer. The spacious living and dining area features an impressive double-height ceiling, creating a wonderfully light and airy atmosphere. Furnished for comfort, it includes a flat-screen TV, DVD player, hi-fi system and telephone.

Patio doors open onto a terrace with lovely views across La Manga Club to the Mar Menor. With a barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs, and sun loungers, it’s the perfect spot for leisurely al fresco meals or simply relaxing in the sunshine.

The master bedroom offers twin beds, which can be arranged as a double on request, a ceiling fan and patio doors leading to a small private terrace furnished with a table and chairs. The en-suite bathroom features twin wash basins. The second bedroom also has twin beds and a ceiling fan, with a separate shower room conveniently located nearby. An additional guest cloakroom completes the accommodation.

NB SPIRAL STAIRCASE – Access to the solarium on the upper floor is via a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues.

As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the Los Olivos pools is by swipe card only.
