Centrally located in La Manga, opposite the tennis centre, the Los Olivos apartments are always a popular choice with guests. This second floor penthouse apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enjoys beautiful views over La Manga Club and to the Mar Menor beyond. The apartment is on 2 levels and benefits from a private solarium, accessed by an internal spiral staircase. Access to the fully air conditioned apartment is via steps, and wireless internet connection is included in the price.

The living accommodation in this property is all on one level. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. The spacious living/dining room has a double height ceiling which gives an extremely light and airy feel. It is complete with flat screen TV, DVD player, hifi and telephone. Patio doors lead to the terrace with great views across the resort to the Mar Menor.  A barbeque and table and chairs are available for when you want to enjoy alfresco dining, or just relax on the sun loungers. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred. It has a ceiling fan, and patio doors lead to a small terrace with table and chairs. There is an en suite bathroom with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has twin beds and a ceiling fan, and has use of the separate shower room. There is also an additional cloakroom facility.

NB SPIRAL STAIRCASE – Access to the solarium on the upper floor is via a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues.

As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos has an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the Los Olivos pools is by swipe card only.
