This delightful two-storey Villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac yet is an ideal central location for your holiday in La Manga Club. Just a short walk to the Tennis centre, football pitches and to the restaurants, bars and the Hotel. Car hire is not necessary to get around the Resort. The pool and terrace are South facing giving all day sunshine, all year through. Pool heating optional, for an additional weekly price. Guests qualify for “residents” rates for Golf and Tennis.

This Villa has been recently refurbished to a very high standard and is fully air conditioned. The large open plan Lounge and Dining room are located to the left of the spacious entrance hall. Very comfortably furnished, with plenty of seating area, and includes several English and other European channels. The Dining area seats up to ten people. Patio doors give access to a lovely elevated, covered terrace area, with comfortable, relaxing seating. Steps from here lead down to the pool and terraces. A BBQ is located on the terrace.
The very well equipped Kitchen is located off the Lounge area, and has a door leading out to a large terrace with dining table and chairs. This terrace overlooks the gardens and pool area. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor to the right of the entrance hall. The Master bedroom with King size bed and own en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 has single beds, which can be made into a large double, and uses the Family bathroom, with bath and overhead shower. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, again each with two single beds, which can be made into a large double bed, if preferred. These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a bath and separate shower. This area of the villa features a charming pergola with comfortable table and chairs, from here an additional staircase leads to the spacious furnished roof terrace.

These two bedrooms use one bathroom on the same level. From here, stairs will give you access to the spacious roof sun terrace. The Villa is very comfortable and well appointed, a superb choice for your holiday with family or friends.
