Overview
This Los Molinos villa features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a private solarium with superb Mar Menor views.The central, shared pool includes a waterfall feature and separate children’s pool, as well as the poolside bar and restaurant with seasonal opening times.
From the road there is easy access to the villa which is in a very peaceful location. Enter into the living/dining room which has a ceiling fan, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD/CD player, and patio doors lead to a terrace with built-in barbecue and outdoor dining facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and coffee maker. Stairs lead down to the bedrooms, both of which have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The master bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and has an en-suite shower room with twin wash basins. Bedroom 2 has twin beds and use of the additional shower room. From the lounge there is an additional staircase leading to the solarium, with lovely views to the Mar Menor.
