With its high ceilings on the living level, the Villa has a great feeling of light and space. The villa has been refurbished to a high standard. As well as the lounge, some of the bedrooms have Smart TVs with Netflix available. Fibre optic internet is also included in the rental price. The villa is air conditioned throughout.
The gardens surrounding the different terraces have been astro-turfed, making them ideal for children. To the left of the entrance hallway is a spacious open plan dining room and lounge, with comfortable sofas.
There are patio doors from the lounge leading out to the large garden area near to the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped, including induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle andDe Longhi coffee machine. A sliding door leads from the kitchen to the utility room with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board and iron.
The pool terrace and astro-turfed gardens can be accessed also from the kitchen and utility room. There is a gas BBQ located on this poolside terrace. On the right of the hallway, is the well designed master bedroom with ample wardrobe space. The en-suite bathroom has a WC, two wash hand basins, a bath with shower attachment and a separate shower cubicle. Patio doors from the master bedroom also access a lovely garden terrace with table and chairs. Each room has individual A.C. / Heating units.
A marble stair case leads to the lower level where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two sets of bunk beds, so ideal for 4 children to sleep in the one room. Again, there is plenty of wardrobe space in both these bedrooms. The bonus on this level is a large games room/ play den with a pool table, a football table game, TV with games console, and comfortable seating. There is a family bathroom on this lower level comprising WC, wash hand basin and a walk-in shower.
Another marble staircase leads to the upstairs level, with two more bedrooms, each with 2 x single beds and ample wardrobe storage space. These bedrooms share a family bathroom with WC, one wash hand basin, bath with shower attachments and a separate shower unit. There is a sun terrace on this level, plus another staircase, leading up to the roof terrace with spectacular views to the Mar Menor.
