The apartment is fully air-conditioned and features a generous side terrace equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and a gas barbecue. Inside, you'll find a spacious lounge with patio doors opening to the terrace, as well as a separate dining room with a small terrace offering woodland views at the rear.

There is a large heated swimming pool which is open year round and a poolside bar with seasonal opening. There is also a separate pool for children. Access to the pool at Bellaluz is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
