The community of Hacienda del Golf is located in the heart of La Manga Club just a few minutes walk to the The Racquets Club and within easy reach of resort amenities.
This spacious townhouse has a good sized kitchen with separate utility room. The living room has doors opening on to a sunny south facing terrace, and adjacent to the living room is a raised dining area. On this level you will also find the Master Bedroom complete with a dressing area, ensuite bathroom and access to the terrace. Both terraces overlook the community gardens and pool, where you can relax and drink in the view as you cook your meal on the BBQ.
On the upper floor, there are two additional guest bedrooms, each with patio doors out to a large, private and south facing terrace. These bedrooms share a family bathroom.
All bedrooms can be either king size bed or twin beds making it ideal for family holidays or groups of golfers / tennis players.
