Overview
This refurbished bungalow has wonderful views overlooking the beautiful championship South Course. Located close to the 1st tee of the Championship course and clubhouse makes it an ideal property for golfers. It is a short walk away from the tennis centre, bars and restaurants. The community offers a large grass communal garden area which is ideal for young children to play on and a good size pool and sunbathing area.
The property comprises of an entrance opening into a large open plan Living / Dining / Kitchen with comfortable sofas, dining room table and chairs for four people.
The fully equipped galley style kitchen includes a hob and oven, fridge freezer and microwave, plus all the usual cutlery/crockery you would expect. (Washing machine is located in bathroom)
Bedroom 1: King size bed, built in mirrored wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. Air con/heating unit. ensuite with shower, sink and WC.
