Designed for effortless Mediterranean living, this beautifully appointed villa is arranged over two generous levels and features four bright, welcoming bedrooms. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor, while the remaining two occupy the upper level. One of the ground-floor bedrooms opens directly onto a secluded rear patio which is an idyllic spot for a quiet morning coffee or unwinding in the evening.

The open-plan living and dining space is bathed in natural light, thanks to striking floor-to-ceiling patio doors. Step out onto the expansive terrace and take in sweeping views across the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, framed by dramatic mountain scenery, including the iconic Lion Mountain. This is the perfect setting for al fresco meals, leisurely sunbathing, or a chilled glass of wine at sunset.

Crowning the villa, the upper-level solarium offers truly breathtaking panoramic views. Whether greeting the day at sunrise or enjoying peaceful stargazing beneath clear night skies, this serene retreat is sure to become a favourite spot for rest and relaxation.

There is a large heated swimming pool which is open year round and a poolside bar with seasonal opening. There is also a separate pool for children. Access to the pool at Bellaluz is by swipe card only and requires a payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
