Bellaluz 4 is a bright and airy one bedroom apartment with one bathroom, overlooking the small square. The apartment is on the 1st floor and is accessed via 7 steps. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, oven, gas hob, extractor, and fridge freezer. The air conditioned living/dining room has satellite TV, a CD player, DVD player, telephone, and a ceiling fan. French doors lead to a small covered balcony which overlooks La Plaza. The large bedroom also has air conditioning, 2 single beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred, and patio doors. The bathroom has been recently refurbished.
There is a large swimming pool with a poolside bar which is open during the summer months. The large terrace area and gardens also boast a separate pool for children. Access to the Bellaluz pool is by swipe card only.
