This beautifully refurbished ground floor apartment is accessed by 9 steps, is fully air conditioned, and has terraces to the front and rear. Inside, the open plan kitchen/dining area leads to the rear terrace, and the modern lounge with Smart TV has access to the front terrace. Both bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms which makes the apartment ideal for a family or couples sharing. As you would expect in an apartment of this standard, wifi is also included in the price.

There is a large heated swimming pool which is open year round and a poolside bar with seasonal opening. There is also a separate pool for children. Access to the pool at Bellaluz is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
