Overview
This recently renovated, modern, and spacious penthouse is situated in the sought-after Bellaluz community. It features full air conditioning, ample living space, and a separate dining area. On the desirable back row of apartments, it features a terrace with a beautiful view of the surrounding woods.

There is a large heated swimming pool which is open year round and a poolside bar with seasonal opening. There is also a separate pool for children. Access to the pool at Bellaluz is by swipe card only.
