Villa 1 enjoys fabulous views of La Manga Club with beautiful private landscaped gardens and two large wrap-around terraces, giving 360 degree views of the golf courses, mountains and the Mar Menor. This stunning 4 bed private villa has an outdoor swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional supplement).

The villa is stylishly furnished and has been individually designed and maintained to the highest standards and specifications, providing the ultimate holiday accommodation for families or a group of friends.

This beautifully appointed individual villa is ideally located between the centre of the resort and the North side with the entrance to the North and South golf courses and the hotel within a short walk. The villa can be accessed via remote controlled gates and you either have the choice of driving up to the front door on a steep driveway or leaving your vehicle under the car port just inside the gates. The gardens are very large, well-stocked, private and securely enclosed with steps leading up to the villa and pool. There are two large terraces offering outdoor dining and seating on both terraces, the outdoor furniture is very comfortable and of excellent quality – the views both day and night from both terraces are breath-taking. One of the terraces includes a charcoal barbecue. The outdoor pool is kidney shaped with Roman steps and handrail. Please note there are several steps from the main terrace down to the garden and pool which may prove difficult for very young children and people with walking difficulties.  There is also a ping pong/table tennis table on the outdoor terrace.

Inside the villa on the ground floor you will find the master suite consisiting of a large king sized bed and ensuite with twin wash basins and walk-in shower.  The main house consists of a w/c cloak room, large lounge area with flat screen Smart TV. The furniture is of a high standard and comfort. Beautiful views are apparent everywhere you look in this villa and the lounge area boasts floor to ceiling glass patio doors with access to both terraces. The kitchen is a state of the art Italian Santos kitchen with modern top of the range appliances – dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer.  The utility room is large and spacious with Miele washing machine and a separate Miele tumble dryer and an additional fridge freezer.

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms all with beautiful views, 2 bedrooms having access to a large shared terrace with views across the golf courses and the Mar Menor beyond. All three bathrooms are en-suite.. The 4th bedroom has a king size bed and the en-suite benefits from twin wash basins and walk-in shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have twins beds which can be made into doubles and en-suite bathrooms with bath/showers.  Note, the showers in both these bedrooms are over the bath.

Young children should be supervised when using the main terrace area due to the 12 steps leading down to the garden and pool area.

Access to the golf course from the villa is strictly forbidden.
