Overview

A 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom detached villa situated in the Viewpoint community that has only 9 villas. It is located in the South La Manga Club and offers stunning, uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean Sea. 

The hallway from the entrance of the villa leads through into the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, hob and extractor, and fridge freezer. Patio doors with a retractable awning overheads gives access to the pool terrace.

The lounge is accessed from the hallway or adjoining kitchen. It features a wall mounted flat screen TV and patio doors on 3 sides open onto the pool terrace. The pool terrace has sun loungers, table, chairs and barbeque. The views from the pool terraces are incredible and are of the Mediterranean Sea and cliffs. From the front door, a corridor gives access to two bedrooms, one at the front and one a the rear of the villa, each have a ceiling fan. The front bedroom has a double bed and the rear bedroom has two single beds and views of the pool and sea. These bedrooms share a separate bathroom with twin washbasins. A shower room is located in the hallway. Steps from the hallway lead to the fourth bedroom which has two single beds and the bathroom is separate.  A utility room with washing machine and sink is located here too.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. There are patio doors on each side of the room, which lead onto terraces, the front terrace has views of the resort and the rear has views of the Mediterranean.
