This property is situated in the village of Los Altos and benefits from being conveniently located close to the Tennis Centre and La Plaza at Bellaluz.

On entering the property, there is a spacious lounge/dining area, which is furnished with a satellite TV, DVD and CD player, and a ceiling fan. An extended terrace is accessed through patio doors and features a table, chair and built-in barbecue. Steps from the terrace lead to a private rooftop solarium with sun loungers and fantastic views of the resort to Mar Menor. The kitchen is located off the lounge and is well equipped with dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and hob and extractor. There is a cloakroom on this floor. The three air conditioned bedrooms are situated on the bottom floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and benefits from an en-suite bathroom with twin wash basins. The second bedroom has twin beds or a double bed, if preferred, and the third bedroom has two single beds. The two bedrooms share the use of a full bathroom with twin wash basins. A washing machine is located on this floor under the stairs.

The three bed villa is in an elevated position giving fantastic views of the resort and Mar Menor. There is full air conditioning and wireless internet access is available.
