Also on this floor is the third bedroom, furnished with two single beds (can convert to a king-size bed), and a family bathroom with walk-in shower, bath, basin and WC.

A highlight of this property is the large entertaining space you'll find in the basement. It features a comfortable seating area, a large screen TV, a games area for playing cards or board games, a pool table and a small bar with wine/beer fridge and drinks-making facilities. A fourth bathroom with shower, basin and WC is also found on this level.

Outside is a terrace which is accessible from the living room and kitchen, creating a lovely area for outdoor dining, complete with BBQ, table and chairs. Two community pools are located close by, one is heated for the winter months and sunbeds are provided for the warmer months.
