Will you provide directions to the resort from the airport?

Yes, when you make your booking with La Manga Club Resort, you will receive a booking confirmation which will also contain directions from Murcia and Alicante airport to La Manga Club Resort. You can also find directions here.   

Which airports are closest to La Manga Club Resort?

La Manga Club is easily accessible from both Alicante and San Javier (Murcia) airports. A wide variety of low budget airlines regularly fly to both destinations, taking approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes flying time from all major UK airports. On arrival, we can arrange car hire or taxi transfers to suit your requirements. Alicante Airport is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes car journey to La Manga Club and San Javier (Murcia) is approximately 20 minutes car journey to La Manga Club.   

How can I book car hire?

Competitive car hire rates are available from our on resort car hire partner. Car hire can be arranged for airport pickup, please ask our reservations team by email or telephone to help with your booking.  

How can I book airport transfers?

Private taxi transfers can be arranged for either Murcia or Alicante airport. Please ask our reservations team by email or telephone to help with your booking.  

Where do I collect the keys for my self-catering accommodation? 

Your booking confirmation will contain directions to our handling agent's offices on the resort, your arrival will be processed by our handling agent. You will receive a Welcome Pack containing the keys and directions to your accommodation. Arriving out of office hours on La Manga Club is very common and we handle this easily and conveniently to enable guests to access their accommodation at any time of the day or night. Should you arrive out of hours, full instructions will be included in your booking confirmation.   

What time can I occupy the accommodation from on arrival day?

In self catering villas or apartments managed by our handling agent you can occupy your accommodation from 4pm on day of arrival. For Las Lomas Village check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am and the Hotel Principe Felipe you can check-in from 2pm and check-out at 12pm.

What food items are included in the standard welcome pack? 

When you book your villa accommodation with us, you will receive a standard welcome food pack that will be delivered to your accommodation. This will be free of charge and will include items such as:  Water, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, juice, bread, jam, butter.   You can choose to upgrade your welcome food pack to the “Intermediate Food Pack”. Included in this pack is everything that is in the standard pack plus: Ham, cheese, crisps, biscuits, lemonade, eggs, 6 extra toilet rolls.   You can choose to upgrade your welcome food pack to the “Superior Food Pack”. Included in this pack is everything that is in the standard and intermediate pack plus: Bacon, olives, cereal, wine, cava.   Contact us to arrange an upgraded food parcel on 01625 865070.  

Are there heated swimming pools?

We have a selection of accommodation with private heated pools, click here to see them. As they are generally heated electrically they can take up to four days to heat so the heating must be ordered at least a week in advance of your arrival. Pool temperatures will also depend on the weather, especially with solar heating. If a pool cover is available its use will assist in maintaining the pool temperature at night. Pool heating prices can be requested by calling our Resort Experts on 01625 865070/1. There are also shared heated swimming pools see the Los Olivos apartments or Monte Verde villas where they both have a heated shared indoor pool (heated mid Sept-end of May).   

Do you provide cots and high chairs for infants?

When you book your accommodation with us, you can request extra items such as cots and high chairs, along with additional equipment to hire in advance of your stay. All prices are per week and have a minimum charge of 1 week, then pro-rata thereafter.  

Will the property be cleaned during my holiday?

Your villa or apartment will be cleaned thoroughly ready for your arrival. If your holiday is for 7 nights, the linen and towels will be changed mid-week at no extra cost. If your holiday is for 10 or more nights, linen and towels will be changed mid-week together with a mid-week clean of the villa or apartment at no extra cost.  

Are towels and linen provided in the accommodation?

La Manga Club Resort ensures all accommodation is thoroughly cleaned and the beds are changed with fresh linen. High quality pool towels for use during your stay are also provided if your booking was made online or for a small charge for bookings made on the telephone.     

Are there barbecues at the properties?

Certain villas and apartments are equipped with barbecues.  Our property descriptions highlight the properties that have barbecues, alternatively check with one of our helpful reservations team at the time of enquiring/booking.  

Are irons and ironing boards provided? 

All apartments and villas have an iron and an ironing board.   

Are hairdryers provided?

All apartments and villas have a hair dryer(s).

Is there a Kids Club? 

The Kids Club at La Manga Club Resort offers activities for children aged 3 months to 12 years. It is located near the Tennis Centre and is open all year round. The air-conditioned Kids Club has been specially designed with kids in mind and the carers are highly experienced and fully trained.  Guests staying in the hotel benefit from free kids club.   Kids Club at a glance:   Tailored areas to meet the needs of different age groups  Top quality play equipment throughout  Mini-theatre and disco for shows, dancing and musical activities  Table football, table hockey, pool and table tennis for older children  Fun and educational computer games  Baby area with cots, soft play and changing facilities Large, fully enclosed outdoor play area, complete with multi-sport pitch, playground with swings, climbing frames and splash pool for safe and entertaining outdoor activities  Security with video surveillance from the Front Desk Open 09:00 - 18:00 hrs. Are there supermarkets on the resort? 

On La Manga Club, there are 2 supermarkets which stock a good selection of groceries. Larger supermarkets can be found approximately 10 minutes drive from the resort.   

Are there any sporting facilities?

Yes La Manga Club has a rich sporting history. Three of the most popular sports at La Manga Club – football, tennis and golf – attract both keen amateurs and leading professionals. Many sports teams and championship athletes have enjoyed the facilities over the years, including grand-slam tennis champions, major winning golfers and football teams including AC Milan and Real Madrid. The resort is also the ideal location for a cycling holiday, whether your preference is for mountain bike trails, road bike trails, bicycle touring holidays or family bike trips. You can book golf or tennis either prior to your holiday or on the resort.  

Do you arrange bike hire for a cycling holiday?

La Manga Club has an amazing terrain for cycling holidays of all abilities. Our on-resort partner - Biking La Manga are passionate about cycling and can offer a wide variety of the latest models. Call us on 01625 865071 for more information.  

How can I book activities? 

We can advise and assist you booking golf, tennis, football, restaurants, bike hire etc. Please contact us 01625 865071.

Are there any last day facilities if I have a late flight?

You can store your luggage at either the hotel or Las Lomas reception or our managing agents office on your last day once you have vacated your accommodation. It may be possible to stay later in your accommodation for a fee and subject to availability. Please make your request the day before departure so that availability can be checked and a rate provided.  

What if I have a complaint?

We want you to enjoy your holiday, however, should you have cause for complaint you must bring this to the attention of Just Resorts and either the hotel or reception or our on-resort managing agent immediately so that we can try to rectify the problem.  No claims for refunds or reductions shall be accepted by Just Resorts Ltd or La Manga Club and managing agents unless such claims are based upon complaints which are lodged with us during your stay at the property.  

What time do I have to vacate the accommodation on departure day?

You will be required to vacate the hotel by 12pm, Las Lomas by 11am and villas or apartments managed on resort by our handling agents by 10:30am. Please return your keys to the reception or management office. If the management office is closed, please leave the keys in the letterbox. Please refer to your booking confirmation invoice for more information.
