The ground floor is home to the spacious lounge, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and laundry area. Also located on the ground floor is the master bedroom with ensuite and a guest cloakroom.

The remaining bedrooms are on the lower floor. Bedroom 4 has access to a "secret" terrace - perfect for a morning coffee or sundowner!

Outside, there is an inviting private pool and a large terrace furnished with sunloungers, a charcoal BBQ, and outdoor dining table & chairs.

There is also access to a roof terrace with lovely views, and access directly to the tennis centre where you can walk through to the shops, bars and restaurants at Las Sabinas.
