Overview

This comfortable and well furnished 4 bedroom Monte Leon villa is set in one of the most exclusive and elevated settings within La Manga Club with stunning views overlooking the Resort and beyond to the Mar Menor.  An excellent location for your holiday. 

On the entry level of this detached villa you have a large open plan living area with the TV.  On the other side of the central staircase (which leads to the bedrooms on the lower level) you have the dining area with a large table and ample seating. On the right is a spacious bedroom with a King size zip and link bed and fitted wardrobes. A shower room with wash hand basin and WC is located to the left as you enter the Villa. 

There is a separate fully equipped kitchen, including fridge/freezer, oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster & kettle.  A guest cloakroom is located to the left of the front door. Patio doors lead from both the dining and living areas out onto the large terrace, with a terrace table and chairs plus a chill out area, with relaxing terrace seating.  There is a built-in BBQ (coals) so you can enjoy eating “al fresco” while marvelling at the stunning views around you.  From this terrace there is a staircase leading up to an additional sun terrace, with sunbeds.

On the lower floor there are three good sized bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a double bed and its own en suite bathroom with a wide bath, two wash hand basins, a WC and a separate shower unit. You can access the pool terrace from this bedroom via sliding patio doors.  The other two bedrooms each have two single beds and share the family bathroom which has a large walk in shower, WC and two wash hand basins.

Monte Leon is in an idyllic situation yet you are only a three minutes´ drive from the resort shops, restaurants, bars and in less than ten minutes you are on the Golf Courses.  A wide choice of water sports are available on the nearby Mar Menor. 

There is ample parking in the car port and driveway.
