This refurbished penthouse apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and offers beautiful views from the lounge terrace over La Manga Club and to the Mar Menor beyond. The penthouse has an internal staircase which gives access to the southwest facing solarium, making this a great choice at any time of year. 

Access to the fully air conditioned apartment is via 16 steps from the parking place. As you would expect from an apartment of this standard, wifi is included in the price, and the Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker give easy access to your own music and Netflix/Prime accounts.

As well as two outdoor shared pools, Los Olivos an indoor pool which is heated between mid September and the end of May, making it a perfect all year round destination. Access to the indoor pool at Los Olivos is by swipe card only. Cards are available at the office of Resort Sales and Management on payment of a 50 Euro cash deposit, refundable on return of the card.
