In addition to a spacious terrace, the apartment has an internal spiral staircase up to a southwest facing solarium - this aspect giving ample opportunity to enjoy the sun all year round. 

NB SPIRAL STAIRCASE – Access to the solarium is via a spiral staircase which may not be suitable for young children and the elderly, or anyone with mobility issues.
